We pack & dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with order tracking details. Delivery times vary between 1-7 days depending on your location.
Do you provide returns ?
No, we currently do not offer returns on our products, but you can request for exchange for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
If the product from your order is damaged, we will need the following
- Clear Order unpacking video is must incase of damage claims, video must capture the shipping label, outer packaging and should be uninterrupted until the product is visible.
- Products that are damaged will be fully refunded to your original payment method(Prepaid Orders) or bank account(COD orders).
All other exchanges will be considered, as per our exchange & refund policy.
Exchanges
Only one free of cost exchange is allowed per order, if an order that is already exchanged needs to be exchanged again, ₹300 exchange fee will have to be paid for the same to be exchanged again.
Refunds
We provide refund for the difference amount of exchanged orders in store credit once they reach back to our warehouse and complete the final quality check.
